The accolade comes during the company’s 30th anniversary year and represents its highest place in the Top 100 ranking since 2005. This year, JMC beat 567 entrant organisations from across the UK to achieve its top ten position. Feedback from more than 37,500 employees was evaluated to assess each organisation based on key statistics, processes and policies, making it the most comprehensive survey of its kind.
Each year, the number of companies competing for a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 list increases; this is due to its respected and revered status, making it more difficult to achieve a ranking.
