IT support partner JMC has announced that it has retained its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.

The renewed accreditation was confirmed following two days of interviews between IIP assessors and JMC employees.

Following the evaluation, the IIP assessor concluded that JMC had demonstrated its full commitment to delivering the IIP standards, which was evident in the positive attitudes displayed by its employees.

IIP is the leading people management improvement standard in the UK, helping thousands of organisations across the nation to improve their business performance through their employees.

Around 40 per cent of companies fail to retain their IIP accreditation, so this is an outstanding achievement for JMC, and showcases their long term commitment to improving employee relations.
